Hotel was beautifully decorated, I enjoyed the stay.
The hotel was located close enough to the Canaan Valley Resort, the local attractions, and the new cafe. Incredibly attentive, best staff was willing to help. The rooms were brand-new and stylish with appealing decor and a balcony, for example. The venue had a remote location on conferences rather than individuals. The poolside bar was excellent.

Everything was great, favourable location right by the Canaan, Timberline, and Whitegrass ski areas and Canaan Valley wildlife refuge, Dolly Sods, really great experience. Very good, courteous staff, was willing to help. The breakfast had variety of reasonably priced food and drinks.

The hotel was clean, there were welcoming staff and AMAZING breakfasts. The staff was willing to help, I was taken care of. Attractive rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds, bathroom was large. It boasted magnificent views of the valley.

Overall had really really nice stay on vacation. Our room was brand-new and complete with the common use bathrooms, all the amenities and a pull out sofa. The breakfast was delicious and marvellous, the check in was easy. The restaurant was good and the staff were accommodating and attentive.

the hotel is reasonably clean with professional and well-trained staff members. it's the first place where the staff was willing to help. the location is marvellous and stunning, not far from the grounds.

Breakfast was marvellous, loved the location.
It was a handy base for our really great stay. We found out affordable prices in the hotel. Attractive room - bed was exceptionally comfortable. Meals in the property were outstanding! The service was excellent throughout our stay. It was a marvellous location for us, so close to the Canaan, the restaurant. Furthermore, in the state park.
